Adriana Briceno

Adriana fell in love with Real Estate at a young age, by being exposed to its complex intricacies by her mother who is also in real estate. After graduating from the University of Houston Downtown with a degree in International business and receiving multiple scholarships, Adriana bought her first boat and docked it in Aventura to live aboard. She fell in love with the beautiful city of Miami, its coastal buildings, turquoise waters, palm trees and restaurants. Her cumulative background distinguishes her as a Realtor who is competent in handling transactions of all magnitudes with the capacity to work with people from all walks of life both locally and internationally.

Having been on either end of the closing table, Adriana knows where to search for hidden gems and knows the perfect locations for each buyer’s scenario. Adriana prides in being very tech-savvy, able to develop digital marketing solutions in line with her client’s needs and is always committed to delivering stress-free transactions.

During her leisure time, Adriana loves helping in the church by ushering and reading the announcements. She also enjoys spending time with her Chihuahua at home or going out to the sandbar or the beach.
