Daniela Schmutter

Daniela is a Miami native born and raised in Bay Harbor Islands. After graduating from the University of Florida with dual degrees in both Marketing and Psychology, she knew that forming human connections and learning from others was her number-one prerequisite in a career path. Upon graduating, she relocated to Manhattan and delved into the HR space at a fast-growing CRE tech startup.

After relocating back to Miami, she finally took a plunge into the world of real estate. Growing up around it all her life, on both the development and sales side, it was about time!

The act of purchasing real estate is symbolic to the greatest milestones life has to offer. The ones that are a catalyst to growth, movement and change. A milestone of a new chapter, of a new place to explore, of letting go, of starting fresh, of achieving your financial goals, of meeting your mate…and the list goes on. Daniela’s goal is to help you feel as educated, enlightened and empowered as possible as you embark on these milestones, and to be your cheerleader through it all.

Aside from real estate, Daniela loves exploring the Miami food scene, thrifting and vintage shopping, and is also pursuing a coaching certification in holistic and functional nutrition.
