Janelle Jay is a Miami native and lives in Sunny Isles Beach. She represents buyers, sellers, and renters throughout Miami-Dade County, from Aventura to Cutler Bay, including Miami Beach, North Bay Village, and Sunny Isles Beach.
Having lived in the northeast while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Janelle quickly understood the high quality of living that her summery hometown offered, reviving her appreciation for daily life in Miami. She completed her MBA at the University of Florida in 2015 and became a full time real estate agent in 2017. Her education serves as her foundation as an agent – she is well versed in collaborating in a global environment and executing on goals with a solution-oriented approach.
Janelle is passionate about learning and brings a broad range of experiences to her work in real estate. Drawing upon her years in local government, she has working knowledge of zoning issues and development along the coast of South Florida, giving her an insider understanding of the neighborhoods and an opinion on what they have to offer. Janelle’s mission is to find the place where clients feel most at home, and with the powerhouse technology and service offerings at Compass, she’s confident in her ability to fulfill that mission.
Janelle is involved in her community and cares deeply about serving others. As a member of Amor en Accion, she continues to engage in efforts to provide education and nutrition to children and families in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. She actively explores the South Florida restaurant and lifestyle scene, staying dialed in and up to date on local happenings.
