Exciting news for Miami's evolving Wynwood Norte neighborhood! Plans have been unveiled for a new residential project that will add to the area's growing housing options.
The development, referred to in documents as either "35th Wynwood" or "Evolve Wynwood 35," is set to rise eight stories and will bring 141 new residential units to the neighborhood. The project includes 202 on-site parking spaces, with parking facilities spanning from the ground floor through the third level.
What's particularly notable about the design is how residential units will partially screen the parking garage on the second and third levels, creating a more aesthetically pleasing street presence.
The project boasts some impressive talent behind it, with renowned architect Kobi Karp handling the design. North Carolina-based Evolve Companies is spearheading the development.
The project is currently moving through the approval process, with a hearing scheduled before Miami's Urban Development Review Board on March 19.
