North Beach's 72 Park Luxury Condo Tower Completes Construction, Welcomes First Residents

North Beach's newest luxury development, 72 Park, has officially obtained its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and reached completion, with residents now moving into their new homes.

According to the developer, the 206-unit luxury condominium tower has already sold 90 percent of its inventory. The remaining units are currently available starting from the $800,000s.

A standout feature of 72 Park is its flexibility for short-term rentals, making it an attractive option for investors and seasonal residents alike. The building boasts an impressive 64,000 square feet of amenities, including a sprawling 35,000-square-foot amenity deck and a stunning 360-degree rooftop complete with sundeck and dining spaces. For residents with vehicles, the building includes a parking garage with 326 spaces.

The ground floor will soon welcome popular New York pizzeria Roberta's, alongside a Mediterranean restaurant and coffee shop, enhancing the lifestyle offerings for residents and the surrounding North Beach community.

The architectural design was crafted by Built Form, while Urban Robot Associates handled the interior design. Lefferts, the developer behind 72 Park, continues to invest heavily in North Beach with three additional projects in the pipeline:
