The next chapter of the Link at Douglas development is officially underway, as the FAA has approved two towering construction cranes to begin work on the project's third high-rise.
The cranes—approved to rise 509 feet and 471 feet above ground—are slated to support the construction of Tower 3, a 39-story building that will soar 443 feet above sea level. According to filings, Tower 4 is also in the pipeline and will match Tower 3’s height.
Together, the two upcoming towers are expected to deliver:
870 multifamily units
81,885 square feet of office space
1,620 square feet of retail
1,012 parking spaces
This phase builds on the success of the initial development, which included:
The Core – a 22-story tower with 312 apartments, completed in August 2021
The Cascade – a 37-story tower with 421 apartments, completed in January 2023
Milam’s Market and 708 parking spaces to serve residents and the surrounding community
Construction on the newly approved cranes was scheduled to begin on April 1, marking the continued momentum of this transformative mixed-use hub in the heart of Miami.
